Came here three times in one day! The food is so unique compared to everything else you'll find in the Drumheller area and everything we tried was tasty and our servers were very friendly! Such a relaxing place to sit on the porch and enjoy a refreshingly good meal.
Absolutely loved it!! What a great lunch spot, would have loved to go in for dinner as well. All open tables were reserved when we got there and they were very accommodating to find a table for us. Food was incredible, loved the vegetarian options! Went with our toddler and he loved it as well! Will definitely be back next time we're in drumheller!!
During our trip to drumheller in July the night we arrived we were searching for a restaurant that would be able to accommodate our needs. After searching endlessly and about to give up we rang sublime and they were able to help us out! The staff was amazing and super accommodating. And just when we thought this place couldnt get any better they brought us our meals! Too die for. We generally avoid ordering lamb as it usually never comes out to great back here in Canada. But we bit the bullet and did. We were so glad we did. It was the some of the best lamb we have ordered out outside of New Zealand. If you are ever in Drumheller make sure you give this place a try. Our only regret is not having enough time to go back there before we left!
Amazing food, great atmosphere and location. The staff was very attentive and the drink special (a Spiced Peach!) was addictive. All the food was delicious and did taste like a fantastic home cooked meal. Highly recommend
We had a dinner at Sublime on July 25 and it was a horrible experience. Our app was mussels and they added a cheese to the mussels, was not tasty. We asked them to take back the mussels and prepare a new batch and they would not. Our main courses was Salmon (5/10) and Lamb (1/10). Our accompanying vegetables were potatoes & carrots, which were laying around for days and were awful. They offered me beans with my Salmon and ended up having potatoes/carrots. The wine was excellent which was the redeeming feature of the meal. The sad note after our meal was that another customer also told them that this was the worst meal that he had ever had and they did take it back and cooked something else. We did not tip the restaurant but instead gave the server some money directly since she was having a bad night with the kitchen. When we got back to the hotel, our hostess also said she had a poor dinner on her recent birthday.
