We loved staying here. We stayed in the King Suite and the room was nice, updated and trendy. The bathroom was also so beautiful with a double sink, a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower. The balcony was nice to go out on and enjoy fresh air and a nice view of the the town. The electric fire place was a nice touch as well! Would recommend our family or friends to stay there... We really enjoyed the continental breakfast, they had everything you would think of, from hard boiled eggs to waffles to bagels, etc... The staff working were really nice to deal with and made sure to know that they could help if we needed directions or ideas of what activities to do! Cant wait to go back to Drumheller!
Big renovated rooms. Amazing breakfast area. Right smack dab in the middle of the town. Great location. Friendly staff. Don't let the elevator sketch you out though!
When we booked online we were not told we were in a smoking room. We booked for two nights and it was horrible. My wife has been fighting a cold and all she did was cough all night. The people beside us were smoking until 1am in the morning, there was no getting away from it. I am surprised that there is still smoking rooms available in 2018. When I question the front desk they said it's legal. Weather it is or not it would have been important to state we were booking a smoking room online. We are now in the digital world where people book online, I should not have to call to confirm if it is a smoking room or not. Also how would I have known they had smoking rooms to even call to confirm. Was so very disappointing and will not be booking with this hotel again.
Had an amazing night in a suite at the Quality Inn in Drumheller. Great beds, great amenities in the room, and a fantastic customer service experience from check in through check out. The staff here were quick and helpful to address any questions and needs we had. Breakfast was a great addition, awesome coffee, pastries and hot food selections. Will definitely be back again.
Comfortable and quiet. The hotel is in a nice location with nice clean rooms. Some things are a little dated but overall a great experience. Staff was pleasant and the included breakfast quite good for the place. Amenities were sub par if looking for activities at the hotel.
