A nice campground located in Drumheller within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores and the aquatic centre. The campground is clean and well maintained, the bathrooms/showers are bright and clean. Good access to water spigots. The park playground is great. Individual campsites could be a little more private, otherwise a very nice campground.
Nice camping just outside the downtown area, next to the river. Close to the excellent Tyrrell museum and the hoodoo trail at just 10-20min drive. All sites have a fire pit, and the camping store sells fire wood. Quiet location surrounded by trees and next to the river.
Great camping spot in Drumheller. We have stayed at two other RV sites but liked this one the best. It is a very established site with lots of trees between the sites. The garbage and recycling are emptied every day. The only reason we did not give it a five star is the showers are small in size and are a dollar for five minutes.
Fantastic! The location is amazing, the cabin was clean, simple and well-stocked. They have a laundrymat and arcade (The arcade is amazing) and playground for kids. Staff was fantastic and went out of their way to help us.Quiet, well maintained and clean. I would reccomend River Grove to anyone, and will absolutely be back.
Without a doubt will return here later. Although this campground takes place IN the city, when you're at the grounds, you don't hear traffic and you can't even tell. It's such a quiet, friendly atmosphere as well, a lot of families and kids playing outside made for a fun trip. The staff was extremely helpful and kind as well!I guess the only SLIGHT downside was that the tenting spots are a tad small, but they were covered well with trees and made it more cozy. If you're going tenting in Drumheller, I would highly recommend this place because of the price, service, and location is central to most activities!
