Great campsite lots of kids. Safe environment. Right on the river. I recommend sites t3 and t4 for tenting as it is covered by trees in case of rain
The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. During our two day stay I observed the staff cleaning the bathrooms 4 times, roughly every 12 hours which is such an awesome attention to detail. They kept up with theyre garbage great, and the staff was all friendly and helpful with the desire and ability to help us however they could. The general store was well-stocked and open when they said it would be, which was better than other places weve been. The price was great for how beautiful a campground it was. The spaces could have been larger or more set apart, and the ground in the river side spot were were in needs to be re-sodded from flooding. Would definitely recommend to other tenters:)
Very clean safe site with full amenities however it reminds of suburbia for campers. The family that own it are very helpful and charming. My parents and teenagers were all very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
A really enjoyable campground, far enough away from the road that you aren't bothered by the noise. We were one of two tents at the site and the individual working the check in desk allowed us to pick the spot that worked best for us and even recommend a favorite spot for travellers. We will definitely camp here again if the opportunity arises.
I tented here with my family for two nights. There is clean drinking water spouts available for any of the campers to use to fill up their jugs/etc. The campsite was clean. There isn't any privacy between the tenting sites, but I didn't mind that. They have a decent playground and flush toilets/bathrooms as well as porta-potties.
