Great staff, competitive pricing
Ok so we pull into Hoodoo RV Campground and start setting up our trailer and notice that our main window over the dinning table of the trailer has been smashed in by a stone. It's 4:55pm on the Friday of the August Long Weekend and I call Active Glass. The lady who answers the phone is the owner and she tells me to come by and that she'll wait for me. Her business closes at 5pm. I arrive about 15 minutes later and she gets to work on fixing the window. All her employees have went home for the weekend. I expected her to measure the window and tell me to come back on Tuesday. 2 hours later in heavy wind and rain and she has me fixed up with a plexiglass window. All things considered she didn't really charge me a lot and she saved me all sorts of headaches as I have a 13 hour drive home on Tuesday. This lady went over and beyond what I ever would have expected of her and if I could, I'd give her 10 stars. If you ever need any glass or plexiglass repairs done I would highly recommend Active Glass in Drumheller. The lady who owns it is top notch.

Helpful in repairing a chip however it was still visible after the repairs. I think that's normal though. Got service within 30 minutes but had to wait a while since it seems only one person works there.
Wonderful face-to-face service but when I got my windshield replaced they really didnt put much effort into protecting anything. Dented the hood with whatever tool they were using and got tons of debris in the speakers on my dash, which evidently destroyed them leaving me to replace them.
